BENJAMIN PIPER
Architectural Design Director

Benjamin Piper is the Architectural Design Director and Founding Partner with INTEGRITY, bringing more than 25 years of international experience across the Middle East, Europe, Asia, and the United States. His work spans luxury hospitality, residential, mixed-use, and masterplanning projects, combining visionary thinking with technical precision. Having held senior leadership roles at globally recognised firms including Killa Design, Perkins+Will, Atkins, and Gensler, Benjamin has led the design of landmark projects such as Como Residences, Solara Tower, VIDA Marina, and the Ritz-Carlton Diriyah Gate. His approach is rooted in creating architecture that is emotionally resonant, contextually intelligent, and driven by enduring design value.

PRISCILLA DANKWA
Operations Director

Priscilla Dankwa is the Operations Director and Founding Partner with INTEGRITY, bringing over 20 years of experience delivering luxury residential, hospitality, and waterfront developments across the Middle East and Europe. With a background shaped by leading international design firms, she specialises in translating ambitious architectural visions into refined, high-quality built environments. Priscilla oversees project delivery from concept through to completion, ensuring operational precision, seamless coordination, and exceptional attention to detail. Her work reflects a commitment to craftsmanship, collaboration, and creating spaces that combine sophistication, functionality, and enduring value.

HAROON AHMAD
Commercial Director

Haroon Ahmad is the Managing Partner with INTEGRITY and a highly experienced investment and strategic advisory professional with over 25 years of global and GCC experience. His background spans investment banking, asset management, and real estate platform development, with leadership roles across Dubai, Riyadh, London, and New York. Alongside his role with INTEGRITY, Haroon serves as Senior Executive Officer at Rasmala Investment Bank, where he has played a key role in growing the firm’s real estate investment platform to nearly USD 2 billion in assets under management. His expertise combines financial strategy, investment structuring, and relationship-driven leadership, supporting INTEGRITY’s long-term growth and commercial vision.

ANIX KAMPRIANIS
Interior Design Director

Anax Kamprianis is the Interior Design Director with INTEGRITY, leading the studio’s interior architectural direction across hospitality, cultural, and luxury residential projects throughout the Middle East, Europe, and Africa. Educated at the Architectural Association and Royal College of Art in London, Anax brings a multidisciplinary approach that merges architecture, interiors, and atmosphere into cohesive spatial experiences. With two decades of international experience, he has led the design of award-winning hotels, branded resorts, aviation lounges, and bespoke villas. His work is defined by a strong architectural narrative, where materiality, human experience, and contextual sensitivity are brought into dialogue.

KRESHNA MOOTYEN
Senior Architect

Kreshna is a dynamic and passionate ARB and RIBA registered Architect, with 20 years of experience working on commercial, hospitality and residential projects around the GCC. Skilled in the development of concept to construction, collaborating with internal and external consultants to ensure adherence to various building regulations, whilst promoting a culture of success and positivity in the development of all projects.

Julian Heers
Design Manager & Creative Head of AI

With over 10 years of international experience across the UAE, KSA and Australia, Julian Heers is a Design Manager & Creative Head of AI specializing in luxury hospitality, mixed-use, residential, retail and public sector developments. His portfolio includes ultra-luxury resorts, branded residences, waterfront destinations, embassies, private villas and large-scale urban developments for clients including The Red Sea, Four Seasons, Rosewood, Rotana, EMAAR, TARAF and private developers.

Julian leads multidisciplinary teams from concept through delivery, balancing design excellence with commercial, operational and technical objectives. His expertise spans architecture, interiors, project governance, quality management and stakeholder coordination across all project stages.

As Creative Head of AI, he drives the integration of artificial intelligence, digital transformation and innovation across design and business operations, focusing on AI strategy, workflow optimisation, research and development, generative design, automation and emerging technologies to enhance creativity, efficiency and project outcomes.

YOANN PLOURDE
Design Principal

Yoann Plourde is a Design Principal with INTEGRITY, bringing over 17 years of international experience across sustainable workplace environments, residential developments, and tall building design. With previous leadership roles at Woods Bagot, Meinhardt Group, and Aukett Swanke, he has contributed to award-winning projects throughout the UAE and internationally. Yoann combines innovation, sustainability, and technical rigour through a holistic design approach supported by advanced BIM technologies and AI-driven workflows. His work focuses on creating environmentally responsible architecture that delivers long-term value, performance, and meaningful human impact.

OMAR MOSTAFA KAMAL
Senior Architect

Omar Mostafa is an Architect with INTEGRITY, with over seven years of experience across the Middle East and North Africa. His portfolio includes high-rise residential towers, waterfront developments, hospitality destinations, and mixed-use projects that combine ambitious design thinking with contextual intelligence. Omar specialises in computational workflows, parametric design, and AI-assisted modelling, using advanced digital tools to develop clear and performance-driven architectural solutions. His approach is rooted in creating spaces that are intuitive, sustainable, and emotionally engaging, balancing technical precision with strong architectural storytelling.

Project Lead Architect

Areeb is an Architect with INTEGRITY, bringing experience across residential and commercial projects from schematic design through to construction documentation. With strong technical proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Lumion, he supports the development of clear, coordinated, and visually refined design solutions. Known for his diligence, adaptability, and collaborative approach, Areeb brings a detail-focused mindset and a strong passion for design to every project.

SANDRA HAFEZ
Architect

Sandra Hafez is an Architect with INTEGRITY, bringing an international background shaped by academic and professional experience across Germany, the Middle East, and Europe. Holding a Master’s degree in Architecture from RWTH Aachen University, Sandra has contributed to projects ranging from urban developments and competitions to hospitality and mixed-use schemes. Her work combines conceptual clarity with strong technical coordination, supported by experience in multidisciplinary team environments. Sandra brings a culturally informed and human-centered approach to architecture, focused on creating meaningful connections between people, place, and purpose.

SONI JOHNSON
Architect

Soni Johnson is an Architect with INTEGRITY, with experience across concept design, BIM, computational modelling, and advanced visualisation for international projects. With a background spanning architecture, digital workflows, and construction project management, Soni has contributed to large-scale hospitality, residential, and mixed-use developments across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the United States, and India. Proficient in Rhino, Grasshopper, Revit, and generative design tools, Soni combines technical precision with creative experimentation to develop innovative and buildable architectural solutions.

Rehema Yusuf Abdu
Architect

Rehema Yusuf is an architect and BIM professional with experience across residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects in the Middle East and East Africa. Her work spans architectural design, BIM modelling, design development, documentation, and project coordination, with a focus on translating design intent into clear, coordinated, and buildable outcomes.

Based in Dubai, Rehema is currently an Architect at INTEGRITY Design, where she contributes to the development of high-quality architectural projects across different stages. Her role includes preparing BIM models, design documentation, presentation material, and coordinated architectural packages, supporting projects from early concept through to design development.

Rehema is highly proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, D5, Lumion, SketchUp, and BIM collaboration workflows. She combines technical precision with creative design thinking, bringing together strong architectural understanding, digital modelling skills, and visual communication. Her wider background in interior design, graphic design, and web application development gives her a multidisciplinary approach to problem-solving and design delivery.

Her design approach is rooted in functionality, sustainability, and thoughtful detailing. She is committed to creating architecture that responds to client aspirations, project requirements, and context, while maintaining a balance between aesthetic quality and technical strength. Through continuous learning and innovation, Rehema aims to deliver design solutions that are refined, practical, and well-coordinated.

Winetta is an Operations Executive with INTEGRITY, bringing over 15 years of experience supporting senior leadership across multinational corporations, professional services firms, luxury hospitality, and private enterprises. Known for her discretion, organisational precision, and calm approach in high-pressure environments, she plays a key role in managing executive priorities, operational coordination, and day-to-day business logistics. Operating as an extension of leadership, Winetta supports seamless communication, strategic organisation, and efficient workflow management, helping enable clarity, focus, and operational excellence across the studio.

BID and Project Operations Coordinator

Makhys Baral is the BID and Project Operations Coordinator with INTEGRITY, bringing over two decades of experience in office management, project coordination, and operational support across the UAE and the Philippines. With a background in project management consultancy and business development coordination, she plays a key role in supporting project workflows, bid processes, and team operations. Known for her reliability, professionalism, and collaborative approach, Makhys contributes to creating efficient systems that support the seamless delivery of complex projects.

Rasoul Afsharmehr is an Architect with INTEGRITY, specialising in BIM-based design, architectural documentation, and integrated project coordination. With experience across residential, commercial, and landscape projects, he combines technical precision with high-quality visualisation and detailed design development. Nenad Tasic is an Architect with INTEGRITY, with experience across residential, hospitality, and commercial projects throughout Europe and the UAE. His background combines architecture, interior design, and high-end 3D visualisation, allowing him to translate complex ideas into refined and immersive spatial experiences. Mary Ann Marcos is an Architect with INTEGRITY | iARCH, bringing more than 15 years of experience across hospitality, residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments throughout the Middle East and Asia. Having held senior architectural and BIM leadership roles at Aedas and AE7 in Dubai and the Philippines, she brings extensive expertise in project coordination, BIM implementation, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Alongside overseeing project delivery, Ann plays a key role in mentoring architects and supporting the growth of a collaborative and high-performing design culture within the studio.
