The luxury five-star tower includes 232 hotel rooms and suites, 231 one and two-bedroom hotel apartments and 28 four-bedroom hotel apartments.

The inspiration for the tower is the traditional art of Arabic calligraphy – the smooth and graceful forms have been transposed into the elevations of the building. The design is simple and practical to construct yet clearly identifiable in the skyline as a unique piece of architecture that is inspired by local traditions.
