The project explored the potential of developing a 4-5 star boutique retreat within the ecological setting of Sir Baniyas Island. As one island, with multiple distinct experiences and landscape features such as grasslands, beaches, mangroves & rocky terrain the setting offers a great opportunity for guests to stay within a rustic private villa.

The master plan was phased in two stages and made use of the existing hotel facility to the
Desert Islands Resort & Spa to allow for guests to experience private and contemporary
beachfront living while having full 5-star service and facilities.
